Sathya Sai baba health condition

Sathya Sai Institute Of Higher Medical Sciences Director A N Safaya on Sunday revealed that the health condition of spiritual leader Satya Sai Baba is stable, and is no cause for worry.
In a medical bulletin issued on Sunday to the media, Dr. Safaya said, "Bhagawan Sri Satya Sai Baba was admitted to this hospital on March 28th and had a pacemaker implanted in his heart. Currently, he is on the ventilator support for respiration, and dialysis is being done to assist the functioning of his kidneys."
The 85-year-old spiritual leader, considered as an incarnation of God by his followers, was showing signs of improvement on Sunday, said Dr. Safaya.
The health bulletin further stated that Satya Sai Baba, whose real name is Sathyanarayana Raju, "had a restful night yesterday, and is under the constant care of a panel of experts. Baba's health condition is improving."
Minister For Major Industries J Geetha Reddy, an ardent devotee of Satya Sai Baba, met the officials of the Sathya Sai Charitable Trust and also the doctors on Sunday after her attempts to meet Satya Sai Baba had failed on Saturday.
Dr. Reddy was deputed by the state government to pay a visit to him after the reports of his deteriorating health emerged from Puttaparthi.
Sathya Sai Charitable Trust officials have been keeping a strict vigil at the hospital, and haven't allowed even the minister or any other government officials to see the religious guru in the hospital ICU.
Meanwhile, the state government has also sent a team of doctors from Hyderabad to monitor his health condition.
A large number of police personnel have been deployed at the hospital as an increasing number of devotees waits outside the hospital premises. The security was beefed up after a few devotees tried to barge into the hospital on Saturday.
Satya Sai Baba had been admitted to the hospital on March 28th after he had complained of breathing problems.
The spiritual leader had claimed in 1940 that he was an 'avatar' of God. (INN)
