Chennai Super Kings & Mumbai Indians Analasys

Mumbai Indians will take on Chennai Super Kings in the all important final of Indian Premium League 2010 at Mumbai’s DY Patil Stadium at 8.30 pm April 26. In 2010, too, the honours are shared as Mumbai won the first game at home by five wickets, only to suffer 24-run defeat in the next encounter.

Interestingly, neither of these two sides has won an “away” game in all the matches played between the two.

Mumbai Indians will be hoping that Sachin Tendulkar is fit to play today. His absence will be a big blow for Mumbai Indians. Tendulkar is not only their best batsman, but also an inspirational captain. Tendulkar’s aggregate of 1,122 runs is the highest for a captain in IPL history and he is second only to MS Dhoni in terms of average, who will be leading the opposing side today!
