MPs debate home energy efficiency

London: Malcolm Bruce, Liberal Democrat MP for Gordon, opened a debate in Westminster Hall on fuel poverty and the level of home energy efficiency in the UK. David Kidney, Parliamentary Under-Secretary for Energy and Climate Change, replied to the debate.
