Rebecca Diamond on Fox business network
Rebecca Diamond is the host of the cable TV show Happy Hour on the Fox Business Network. The business show broadcasts live from the Bull & Bear bar in the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City. She represents the Main Street perspective of the show's business audience.
Happy Hour airs at 5pm Eastern on the Fox Business Network and repeats at Midnight Eastern.
Rebecca Diamond also has a Twitter following, under the name gogodiamond and she has a large fan following on Facebook. She regularly texts, posts and responds to viewer questions and comments.
Rebecca Diamond was born in San Jose, California as Rebecca Gomez. She graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, where she majored in Broadcast Journalism. She worked as an anchor/reporter for Lifetime Television and as a business writer for The Associated Press in New York City. She also worked as a reporter/anchor for TV stations in McAllen, Texas; Phoenix, Arizona; and San Diego, California. She joined Fox News when the network launched in 1996.
On October 11, 2008, she married Brett Diamond, CEO of a telecom consulting firm, at St. Vincent's Ferrar Church in New York City. Rebecca is Catholic and often prominently wears a diamond Cross on a necklass when on TV.
