Lanco got $1.23 Billion worth contracts

Mumbai: Lanco Infratech has won contracts amounting to Rs. 5,675 crore from Lanco Mahanadi Power, a subsidiary of the company, in connection with the setting up of their pulverized coal fired power plant of 2x660 MW capacity to be located in the state of Maharashtra.

The contracts include - offshore supplies worth Rs. 2,160 crore, civil works amounting to Rs 1,021.68 crore, onshore supplies of Rs. 1,756.44 crore, services amounting to Rs. 283.80 crore, besides a non-EPC contract of Rs. 454.08 crore.

Lanco Infratech is engaged in the business of EPC and infrastructure development. The stock recovered from the day's low of Rs. 48.60 and is trading flat at Rs. 49.55 in mid-morning trades. It was trading with volumes of 507,357 shares.
