Intuit launches online personal finance tool

Bangalore: Intuit, a provider of business and financial management solutions in the U.S., in collaboration with Moneycontrol.com, has launched a financial software product in India called Intuit Money Manager.

The product is more than an online account aggregator and can enable users to view all financial information at a single place and gives you real-time information about your expenses, reports Moneycontrol.com. This feature enables a user to map income, savings and spending trends and categorize them effectively. Intuit Money Manager has a tie-up with most major banks, such as Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, State Bank of India and Union Bank of India to get the data from bank accounts on to this application. Intuit Money Manager is a 'view only' tool and supports no transactions.

By using this tool users can also track investments in stocks, mutual funds, unit-linked insurance plans and other instruments on a single platform that is powered by moneycontrol.com. The product is available at Moneycontrol.com for a free 90-day trial. After that, users can go for an annual subscription of Re. 1 per day, or Rs. 365 a year, excluding service tax.
