Tsunami Clone Effect (heavy rains) on Kurnool (the first capital city of andhra pradesh). Kurnool became virtual island in 24 hours, Government of Andhra pradesh announced and ordered the people to exit the kurool for being safe from high water forces effect.
Government officers also been ordered to help the people on exiting the kurnool city. And Government of Andhra Pradesh requested the central government help (military), military motor boats and helicopters reached kurnool to save the lives from Tsunami clone.
And more over the another problem is communication, kurnool city lost total communications (telephone, mobile) and power was not available. The Government Requesting adjuvant (help) from NGO's and private institutions etc,.
